What this website knows about you.
Short answer: nothing. This is a portfolio — there is no form to fill in, no account to make, and nothing tracking you while you look at the work. Here is the long answer, in plain English.

The short version
- There is no contact form on this site. Text, call and email all hand you over to your own phone or mail app.
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no social trackers, no embedded feeds, players or maps.
- No cookies are set when you browse the public site.
- Marley doesn't get a list of who visited — only the people who choose to write to him.

What the website itself collects
Nothing. There is no enquiry form, no newsletter box, no login for customers, no booking calendar and no payment on this site. You can read every section and open every photograph without typing a single thing.
The only things you can actually click to reach Marley are three ordinary phone links — Text, Call and Email. Tapping one opens the messaging, phone or mail app already on your device with his number or address filled in. Your message is composed and sent by your app, not by this website. Nothing is submitted here, so nothing arrives here to be stored. If you never write to him, the studio has no record that you came by.

What happens when you do get in touch
Text (336) 988-6438 and you are sending a normal text message to Marley's phone — through your mobile network and his, landing in his messages like any other conversation. Email naturalartstudios@gmail.com and it arrives in an inbox that Google runs as Gmail.
Either way, what he ends up holding is simply whatever you chose to send: usually a name, the number or address you wrote from, photos of your wall or space, and what you'd like painted. He uses it for one thing — to reply, quote the project, and do the work. It is never sold, rented out, or handed to advertisers, and he doesn't add you to a mailing list.

Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies when you visit it and it does not track you. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or Facebook pixel, no ad tag, no heatmap or session recorder, and no third-party embed of any kind — no Instagram feed, no YouTube player, no embedded map. The fonts and every photograph are served from this site's own domain, so loading a page doesn't quietly announce you to some other company. That is also why you were never shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Two exceptions worth spelling out rather than glossing over, because both are technically storage on your device:
The opening animation. The first time you open the site, the logo animation plays. So it doesn't replay every time you move around, your browser holds a single item called nas-entered in session storage. Its entire value is the number 1. It is not a cookie, it is never sent anywhere, it can't identify you, and your browser discards it the moment you close the tab. If your device is set to reduce motion, it is never stored at all.
The studio's own login. There is a private area of this site where Marley updates his gallery and page text. Signing in there sets one login cookie so the session stays open. It only ever applies to him and to Landslide Studios doing maintenance — someone browsing the public site is never issued it.

The companies involved
Even with no tracking, a website has to be hosted somewhere and messages have to arrive somewhere. This is the complete list:
- Vercel — Hosts this website and serves the pages to your browser. Like every web host, Vercel's servers automatically log basic technical details of each request — IP address, browser type, which page was asked for. That is part of running and protecting a website, not analytics anyone added, and it isn't built into a profile of you.
- Google (Gmail) — Runs the studio's email inbox, which is where an emailed enquiry lands.
- Marley's mobile network — Carries the texts and calls made to the number on this site, exactly as it would for any other message you send.
- Google Search Console — This site is verified with Search Console, which reports aggregate search statistics — how many people found the site searching things like “Charlotte muralist.” It reports totals, not people, and it places nothing in your browser.
- Landslide Studios — Built and maintains this website for Natural Art Studios, and holds the hosting and admin access needed to do that. Landslide runs no analytics and no tracking on this site on the studio's behalf, because there is none here. If that ever changes, this page gets updated before it does.

How long anything is kept
The website holds nothing about you, so there is nothing on it to keep or delete. Messages are a different matter: texts stay on Marley's phone and emails stay in his inbox. He keeps enquiries and project correspondence for as long as they're useful to the work — the quote, the artwork approvals, and a record of a commission he actually painted.
The hosting logs described above are kept by Vercel for a limited period under its own retention policy, then discarded. Neither Marley nor Landslide Studios keeps a separate copy of them.

Asking for your information to be deleted
This part is simple, because everything the studio holds came straight from you. Text or email Marley and ask him to delete your details, and he'll delete the conversation and any contact information he saved from it. Want to know what he has before you decide? Ask, and he'll tell you.
He may keep the plain business record of work actually completed and paid for — invoices and the like — the way any tradesperson does.
There is no tracking here to opt out of, because you were never opted in.

Photographs of finished work
Marley photographs finished pieces and shows them in the gallery on this site — it's how the next commission gets won. Those photographs are of the artwork itself. The gallery notes a city at most; no client's name, home address or business name appears anywhere on this site.
If a piece lives in your home or your business and you'd rather it wasn't shown here, say so and it comes down.

If any of this changes
If the site ever gains a contact form, an analytics tool, or an embed from another company, this page gets rewritten before that goes live and the date at the top changes with it. A policy that quietly stops being true is worse than no policy at all.

Questions about any of this
Same way as everything else on this site — text is the fastest.
